RAPID VIRTUAL SHAKE TABLE - VIBRATION SIMULATOR
Get more out of your acceleration data.
Evaluate the transient dynamic performance of your structures with Rapid Virtual Shake Table (RVST) simulation.
Watch the video example and read the simulation process below...
SIMULATION PROCESS:
Measure accelerations from machine applications or events
Generate a modal flexbody of your structure with RSR, RapidConnect and Nastran
Simulate your structure under application or event loads with RVST
Visualize transient response with RSR and RapidView VR on computer or Vive Pro VR
Data mine structural performance metrics like max stress, fatigue, and more with RSR
Use data to make design changes and drive design to meet performance specifications
RVST can simulate more than 6 DOF Acceleration inputs. Multiple shake points measured transient accelerations can be input into RVST.
KEY FEATURES:
Input accelerometer test data or simulated loads
RVST can simulate more than 6 Degrees Of Freedom of Acceleration by accepting multiple input accelerometer locations
RVST uses our built in high speed capability of Rapid Stress Recovery (RSR) flexbody technology
Leverage parallel processing to run large models faster
Simulation time is limited only by the number of available processors
Output structural performance: Stress, Deformation, Fatigue
Generate and view 3D visualization of vibration deformations and stress on your desktop computer. ( Can also be viewed in life size product scale with Vive Pro Virtual Reality Head Mount Display)
